The Company provides a non-invasive hygiene cleaning service. This includes: ● Deep cleaning of coils, barrel fans, and filters. ● Application of anti-microbial treatments and flushing of condensate drains. ● Performance testing (temperature and airflow).
We are hygiene specialists, not registered electricians or HVAC technicians. ● We do not perform "Prescribed Electrical Work" (as defined by the NZ Electricity Act 1992). ● We do not handle, top-up, or repair refrigerant gas systems. ● If a mechanical or electrical fault is identified, we will advise you to contact a qualified trade professional.
● Access: You must provide safe, clear access to the indoor and outdoor units. ● Property Protection: Please move any high-value items, electronics, or delicate furniture from directly beneath the indoor unit before our arrival.
● Pre-existing Faults: The Company is not liable for units that fail to operate due to pre-existing electrical fatigue, component failure, or internal corrosion. ● Brittle Materials: Heat pump plastics can become brittle with age/UV exposure. The Company is not liable for minor cosmetic cracks to aged plastic housings during disassembly. ● Manufacturer Warranties: Engaging an independent cleaning service may affect your manufacturer's warranty. The Company is not liable for any such impact.
● Public Liability: The Company maintains comprehensive Public Liability Insurance. ● Consumer Guarantees Act (CGA): Nothing in these terms excludes your rights under the NZ Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. We guarantee our services will be carried out with reasonable care and skill.
Payment is due in full upon completion of the service on the day of the visit. Accepted methods: Cash, Bank Transfer or Card. A $25 fee applies to payments over 7 days late. Overdue accounts may be referred to a debt collection agency at the customer's expense.

This includes, but is not limited to: ● Requirements for unstable or unsafe ladder use. ● Presence of hazardous materials (e.g., asbestos, biohazards). ● Aggressive or unrestrained pets. ● Threatening behavior or an unsafe physical environment. ● In such cases, a call-out fee may still apply to cover travel and time.
